Over the course of the series we have seen chemistry but nothing to this magnitude. When we are introduced to Selenka and Ethan it was instance chemistry. I am doing not know who this new character was, but I should have never thought there was going to be anything but magic when Nalini Singh decides to tell a story in this series.
I was excited because we are going back to Russia and we might be seeing Silver and the bears. I thought we were going to be seeing more of the Empaths camp. I was confused only because the previous book, Wolf Rain, left off. When it was announced that Selenka, the Wolf Alpha, that we met in Silver Silence was getting her own book I was a bit confused but excited.
For a writer to have a reader so invested as though the characters are part of one’s own family is amazing. As I dived deeper into this world, I became connected to all the characters. When I was first introduced, I was happy that someone came up with a wonderful new idea of paranormal. Not just the Trinity series but the WHOLE series, Psy-Changeling. So, let me by first starting off saying that I love this series. Because Selenka's new mate has a terrible secret, his mind surging with a power that is a creature of madness and death. Even if the mating bond is full of static and not quite as it should be. Yet Selenka's wolf is resolute: Ethan Night, broken Arrow and a man capable of obsessive devotion, is the mate it has chosen.
